The Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China, the "14th Five Year" Modern Logistics Development Plan and other documents have put forward relevant requirements for supporting the development of logistics and supply chain digital industries. Supported by digital infrastructure, a number of digital economies such as digital freight, industrial Internet and so on have emerged, and digital transformation has achieved certain results.
At the level of logistics operations, the application of intelligent equipment such as intelligent warehousing, intelligent transportation, and intelligent distribution has improved the automation and intelligence level of logistics operations; In terms of management decision-making, digital technology enables real-time sharing of information across various links in the supply chain, promoting collaboration within the supply chain. The nodes in the supply chain can rely on digital technology to communicate and collaborate in real-time through digital platforms, improving the efficiency and reliability of the entire supply chain.
In the field of digital logistics platform economy, China already has the world's largest road transportation market, with a total market size of 5 trillion yuan in 2022.
